Ordering

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed.

Please call us at 888-520-3621 immediately and we will do our best to assist you.

Can I send my measurements to you?

Yes, you can have a friend take your measurements with our downloadable measurement form. Email to info@hiploose.com and we’ll contact you to confirm your order.

Backorders

We occasionally have items for sale that have not yet been received at our warehouse, or that have sold out and are being restocked.

You can order these items and we’ll ship them to you when they are available.

The expected ship date for backordered items is listed on the product page.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

We will contact you via email if the item’s replenishment date changes or the item cannot be fulfilled for any reason.


Payment

When will I be charged?

It depends on the payment method. We usually charge you immediately.

Issues with payment methods

If your credit card was declined you can try a different payment method and contact your financial institution for more information regarding the decline.


Delivery

Do you provide tracking service?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email.
